Our certified technicians go beyond the standard to insure quality and accuracy. Each member of the team is a BPI certified energy analysts which leads to higher energy scores based on a better understanding of building systems. We use an infrared camera (heat vision) to ensure accuracy of Insulation levels we cannot see. This includes wall insulation which is often defaulted to a zero value by other Energy Assessors if there is no way to see inside the wall cavity.

Infrared Video

We use an infrared camera (heat vision) to find air leaks and missing insulation in the home. The report will include an infrared video of the inside and outside of the home. We also provide resources on how to seal the leaks yourself.
